Our sales team is back in office! New guidelines and restrictions have been put in place to ensure a safe process in purchasing a vehicle. Customers can now shop in person if they are comfortable to do so. If not our team will be able to work with you!!

Our Service and Parts departments are open. If you need your vehicle serviced but don’t feel comfortable going out Please feel free to call us and we will be able to get your vehicle and return it when the service is completed. Payments could be arranged over the phone or in any way the customer feels comfortable.  

Precautions taken are in favor of the overall health and safety of our community.

The one thing we ask is that customers please come in wearing a mask.

In Response to Covid-19:


As a locally owned dealership, Hatch Toyota Stateline puts our customers first. During this time, we're doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our customers and our staff. While our dealership is thoroughly cleaned each night, we've raised our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety even higher by assigning team members to clean key areas multiple times throughout the day. Please know that our intention is to be a leader in meeting the challenge of the coronavirus. We are not only following the CDC's recommendations, but we are working to go above and beyond.


Currently our sales, service & parts departments are retaining normal business hours so we can continue to serve your needs. We are continuing to monitor this situation and will adjust our operations as needed throughout future developments. At this time, we are here and  open for business.


You can still visit us online at and complete much of the buying process there. If you're ready to buy but don't want to come to the dealership, we'll bring the vehicle and trade appraisal to you. We're more than happy to offer at-home test drives or delivery.

We can also come and pick up your vehicle for service and return it once it's finished so that you don't have to travel to the service center. We're flexible for however you want to shop and service.


Again, customer service is our top priority. This means being here for you when you need to buy, trade or service. It also means doing everything we can to keep you and our employees safe.
