Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer and associate experiences through consistent processes
  • Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Diagnose complex issues with support, aiming for productivity targets over 125% and quality standards above regional benchmarks
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Service Sales Advisors, maintaining accurate documentation and continuous professional development
  • Drive and park vehicles, wash customer cars, uphold safety and cleanliness in workstations, and report progress and challenges effectively
  • Complete additional assigned duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Commitment to ongoing manufacturer certification (maintenance, certified, expert, master status)
  • Commitment to achieving ASE certifications (preference given to candidates with existing certifications)
